3. Professional Studio & Virtual Services

By booking an appointment (including customized facials, HydraFacial treatments, corrective skin support, or virtual skincare consultations), you accept the following guidelines:

  • Personalized Care: Every appointment is personalized around individual skin needs and goals. It is your responsibility to provide accurate skin history and allergies prior to receiving any care.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any service rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments ("no-shows") may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Service Results: Skincare is a progressive process that depends greatly on homecare consistency, lifestyle, and individual skin types. While we provide honest guidance and professional treatments, specific long-term results cannot be legally guaranteed.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
