Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Cal.Esthetics. We want you to love your skincare routine and your studio experience. Please review our policy regarding product returns, refunds, and service cancellations below.

1. Skincare Products (Cleansers, Serums, Masks)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-selected skincare essentials. Because skin paths can vary, we handle product returns under the following guidelines:

  • Unopened Products: You may return any unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

  • Opened or Gently Used Products: Skin reactions or preferences happen! If a product isn't working out for your skin, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at estheticiancalli@gmail.com. We will review these on a case-by-case basis for store credit or exchange to find a better fit for your routine.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will promptly send a replacement.

  • Return Shipping: Except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Professional Treatments & Services

We value your time and allocate dedicated space for your custom skin treatments. Our policy for services is as follows:

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your in-studio facial, HydraFacial, or virtual consultation, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed altogether, may be subject to a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any deposit made at the time of booking.

  • Service Refunds: All professional treatments, corrective skin support sessions, and virtual consultations are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you are unhappy with a treatment experience, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss how to support your skin's needs moving forward.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a product return or to discuss an issue with an order, please contact Callie:

  • Please include your Order Number and the Name of the Product you wish to return.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
