1. Processing Times
All orders for our curated collection (Cleansers, Serums, and Masks) are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay is expected with your shipment, we will contact you immediately via email (

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of standard and expedited shipping speeds depending on your preferences.

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days after processing.
Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines provided by our shipping carriers and are not strictly guaranteed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cal.Esthetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your products, but if something goes wrong in transit, we are here to help make it right:

Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the damaged packaging and product to
estheticiancalli@gmail.comalong with your order number, and we will promptly send out a replacement. -
Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal hub first. If it remains missing, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
